HEPA High Temperature Separator Box Filters

The High Temp Aluminium Separator HEPA filters are constructed with 304 stainless steel frame. The high temp media is completely pleated over corrugated aluminium separators to maintain pack stability. The interlock design of frame with silicon sealant in the top and bottom to assure leak free performance throughout the life of the filter.
These specially designed filters allow system to control laminar air flow under high humidity.
Hemmed edges on the aluminum reduce possible pleat damage. Low initial pressure
media lengthen the life of filters and filters meet UL class 900 fire code.
✔️ Control airflow under high humidity
✔️ Hammed edges eliminate possible pleat damage
✔️ Extend life span with low initial resistance
✔️ Comply with UL900 grade flame retardant

The filter media is made of micro-fiberglass which is applied in high temperature and humidity environments, with aluminum folded edges to ensure consistent airflow rates, and Dow Corning high temperature sealant/ceramic adhesive to ensure air density and maintain filtration efficiency.
Being applied in special places, such as the final exhaust of radioactive waste burners and hot air drying in semiconductor industry, plastic industry, pharmaceuticals, etc. where the cleanliness requirement is high.

Benefits
  1. High Efficiency Filtration Performance: This HEPA filter uses advanced filtration technology to effectively capture at least 99.97% of particles with a diameter of 0.3 microns, including dust, pollen, bacteria, and other tiny particles, ensuring clean air.
  2. HIGH Temperature Resistance: The design of aluminum separator allows the HEPA filter to withstand higher temperatures, which is extremely important for the systems/facilities which need to be operated in high temperature environments.
  3. Longer Lifespan: The use of high quality filter media and sturdy construction, this HEPA filter has a long service life, reducing the need for frequent replacement and associated costs.
  4. Flexibility: Due to its unique high temperature resistance and high efficiency filtration characteristics, this HEPA filter is suitable for a variety of environments, including medical facilities, laboratories, industrial applications, and places with high cleanliness requirements.

HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter) is an air filtration efficiency level that can remove 99.97% or more of particles over 0.3 microns in diameter. HEPA filters are made of thousands of extremely fine fibers that can trap both small and larger particles.
They are efficient in removing particles in the air. HEPA filters are made of glass fibers, which are randomly arranged to form layers of fine, irregular filters that cut off airborne particles of different sizes.
The filter ratings are classified as H10, H11, H12, H13, H14, and U15, etc. considering that different filters have different particle sizes. When using the filters, their specification will be indicated with the “Initial Pressure Loss”, which is the wind resistance of the new filter itself. As more particles are added to the filter, the air resistance will increase. Therefore, it is usually recommended to replace the filter when the air resistance reaches 2 to 3 times of the initial pressure loss of the filter.
Take our high efficiency HEPA as an example, at a specific airflow (different sizes will be tested at different airflows) the pressure loss is 250 pa right out of the factory, and when the pressure loss comes to 500 pa, it means it’s time to replace it. (9.8 pa = 1 mm water gauge)
