Benefits
  1. Easy Maintenance and Replacement: This design allows the user to easily replace filters without the need for specialized tools or expertise, greatly simplifying the maintenance process.
  2. Improve Air Quality: These filters effectively filter dust, pollen, bacteria and other pollutants from the air, helping to improve indoor air quality, which is especially beneficial for allergy and asthma sufferers.
  3. Energy Saving and High Efficiency: The design includes a chamber that helps ensure optimal filter operation, thereby increasing filtration efficiency and reducing energy consumption.
  4. Adaptable: These filter systems are designed to be easily installed in a variety of indoor environments, providing good air quality in both residential and commercial buildings.
  5. Cost-saving: Since the filters are easily replaceable, users can change them as needed without having to completely replace the entire system, which saves money in the long run.

HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter) is an air filtration efficiency level that can remove 99.97% or more of particles over 0.3 microns in diameter. HEPA filters are made of thousands of extremely fine fibers that can trap both small and larger particles.
They are very effective in removing particles from the air. HEPA filters are made of chemical fibers and glass fibers, which are randomly arranged to form layers of fine, irregular filters that cut off airborne particles of different sizes.
HEPA filters are classified asH13, H14, and U15. Since different filters have different particle sizes, it is natural that they need to be replaced at different times. When purchasing a filter, the filter specification will indicate the “Initial Pressure Loss”, which is the wind resistance of the new filter itself. As more particles are added to the filter, the air resistance will increase. Therefore, it is usually recommended to replace the filter when the air resistance reaches 2 to 3 times of the initial pressure loss of the filter. Take our high efficiency HEPA as an example, at a specific airflow (different sizes will be tested at different airflows) the pressure loss is 250 pa right out of the factory, and when the pressure loss comes to 500 pa, it means it’s time to replace it. (9.8 pa = 1 mm water gauge)

RSR Filter Modules are widely used in many applications and environments due to their flexibility and efficiency. Below are the major application scenarios:

  1. Residential Areas: Use inside the home to improve air quality, especially during allergy season or in areas with high air pollution. This is especially important for people with allergies, asthma or other respiratory problems.
  2. Office and Commercial Buildings: Installing replaceable filters in office spaces can help create a healthier work environment by reducing the impact of air pollutants on employees, which may lead to increased productivity and fewer sick days.
  3. Medical Centers: The hospitals, clinics and laboratories require extremely high standards of air purification to prevent the spread of bacteria and viruses. Replaceable filters are particularly important in these environments.
  4. Schools and Educational Institutions: Schools in particular need to purify indoor air to protect the health of students and staff, especially during flu season or in areas with poor air quality.
  5. Public Transportation and In-Vehicle: Public transportation, such as buses, trains and airplanes, can use this filter to improve the passenger environment and reduce the spread of pathogens and contaminants.
  6. Industrial and Manufacturing Sites: In industrial environments, air quality management is critical to protect workers from harmful dust and chemicals. Replaceable filters are also very effective in these environments.
  7. Data Centers and Laboratories: These are places where air quality needs to be controlled to protect sensitive electronic equipment or experimental conditions, preventing dust and other particles from damaging the equipment or interfering with experimental results.
