This product is manufactured using advanced melt-blown technology, combining ultra-fine fibers with diameters of just 1 to 4 microns and short fibers with diameters of 20~30 microns to form an efficient non-woven fabric structure. This fine micro-fiber structure effectively absorbs various types of noise, such as wind shear noise and resonance, significantly enhancing soundproofing performance. Through the large volume structure of the micro-fibers’ surface, the energy from sound wave vibrations is converted into heat, achieving efficient sound attenuation. This soundproofing foam is not only lightweight but also offers excellent sound absorption and thermal insulation properties, making it an ideal material for creating a quiet environment.
