Q: Are you a manufacturer?

A: Yes, we are a manufacturer with a factory located in Southern Taiwan and we have a trading/export team for selling our banding air filters worldwide.

Q: What are your sample and production lead time?
A: Our sample lead time is around 3-7 working days, mass production lead time is 2-3 weeks or so after receipt of your official order and payment. 

Q: How do you ship the goods?
A: It depends on the buyers’ needs. If with the full containers, we suggest to ship by vessel. If with small order volumes & urgent orders, we'll suggest to ship by air freight or international couriers.

Q: Where is your company located?
A: Our company & factory are located in Southern Taiwan.

Q: What is the payment term for regular orders?
A: Normally, it shall be 100% T/T in advance for initial order. However, it’s negotiable for the second orders or regular repeat orders.

Q: Do you have stocks?

A: No, we don’t have production in stocks as the filters will get humid or quality changed with time if storing in the warehouse. What is more, the stocks require huge space in warehouse, which is why we don’t make stocks.

Q: Do you support OEM/ODM?

A: Yes, OEM/ODM is available for customers if required. Also, we have our own branding, HENCOLIN, which is well-known in some countries with quality assurance.
